Rob is an excellent communicator and we understood what was happening every step of the way. We had an issue with ownership of the grave site, the burial having taken place in 1948. He gave us very sound advice as to how to proceed with negotiating the ownership issue with the Greater Metropolitan Cemetery Trust who had made it sound virtually impossible to erect the monument. We would not have proceeded without Rob’s help. My husband’s great grand-mother now has a beautiful and well-crafted memorial on her previously unmarked grave site.
